You are in our prayers. We can only imagine the challenges that Stanford has taken on in the face of this pandemic, but we know that your work must continue, because we will overcome COVID-19 long before the global health crisis wrought by dementia.
If we’ve learned anything from this pandemic, it’s the need to support research. You have taught us that the same is true with Lewy Body Dementia—every family will be touched by dementia at some point and for many it will be LBD. They deserve an accurate diagnosis, an effective treatment plan, and a chance to live with the best possible quality of life. You have shown us the essential role of research in making this happen. We hear you, we will continue to carry this message to others, and we are hopeful for research breakthroughs at Stanford. Thank you.
Wishing you resilience and hope,
